Chemical Makeup by ADSE@NYU

Chemical Makeup is a fundraising event that highlights the importance of scientific diversity and cultural talent. Chemistry is a field of understanding, yet also a power of influence that connects, shapes, and forms all living things. Our chemistry community has been challenged in regards to health, protest, belongingness, and partisanship. In this light, how does chemistry relate to power and how does chemistry relate to who we are? Artists, comedians, and musicians will be inspired to explore their own relationships with ‘chemistry and their chemical makeup,’ as patrons of the event engage with and contribute to the cause.

Date:  November 4th, 2017

Time: 4-10pm, comedy show begins at 5pm
