University of Maryland Hosts Fifth YRC

On September 29th, the University of Maryland hosted the 5th annual ADSE Young Researcher's Conference. The YRC continues to be an opportunity for students to present their research, receive career advice from other scientists and engineers, and network with established professionals with similar backgrounds, making it one of ADSE’s most significant events, and this YRC was no different!

This meeting, there was a special Lunch-and-Code event where attendees were introduced to the basics of python coding and other foundation-building coding skills that are valuable for work and look great on a resume when applying for positions in a competitive job market!

A huge thank you to all who attended for making this YRC such a success! Special thanks to Professors Rigoberto Hernandez, Christina Woo, Seena Ajit, and Gloria Washington for sharing their impressive work and stories.
